At Healthozee, we strive to provide a smooth and reliable experience for all our users. Please review our refund and cancellation terms carefully.

  1. Subscription Payments
  • All subscription fees (monthly, family, premium, or concierge) must be paid in advance.
  • Payments are automatically billed to the payment method provided at the time of registration.
  1. Cancellations
  • Users may cancel their subscription at any time from their account dashboard or by contacting our support team.
  • Cancellations will prevent future renewals but will not refund the current billing period.
  • You will continue to have access to services until the end of your billing cycle.
  1. Refunds
  • Non-Refundable Fees: Subscription fees are generally non-refundable.
  • Exceptions: Refunds may be issued only if:
    • A technical error on our platform prevented access to services.
    • You were charged in error (duplicate or unauthorized charges).
    • Required by applicable U.S. consumer protection laws.
  • Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the billing date.
  1. Trials & Promotions
  • Any free trial or promotional plan offered by Healthozee will clearly state its duration and terms.
  • Once the trial ends, regular subscription fees will apply unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  1. Custom Plans & Enterprise Accounts
  • Custom and corporate plans are billed according to the contract agreed upon with Healthozee.
  • Refund and cancellation terms for these accounts will be specified in the individual contract.
