- Subscription Payments
- All subscription fees (monthly, family, premium, or concierge) must be paid in advance.
- Payments are automatically billed to the payment method provided at the time of registration.
- Cancellations
- Users may cancel their subscription at any time from their account dashboard or by contacting our support team.
- Cancellations will prevent future renewals but will not refund the current billing period.
- You will continue to have access to services until the end of your billing cycle.
- Refunds
- Non-Refundable Fees: Subscription fees are generally non-refundable.
- Exceptions: Refunds may be issued only if:
- A technical error on our platform prevented access to services.
- You were charged in error (duplicate or unauthorized charges).
- Required by applicable U.S. consumer protection laws.
- Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the billing date.
- Trials & Promotions
- Any free trial or promotional plan offered by Healthozee will clearly state its duration and terms.
- Once the trial ends, regular subscription fees will apply unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- Custom Plans & Enterprise Accounts
- Custom and corporate plans are billed according to the contract agreed upon with Healthozee.
- Refund and cancellation terms for these accounts will be specified in the individual contract.
